Associate Pastor

We are expanding our staff to include a full-time Designated Associate Pastor.  We are looking for someone who is smart, engaging, faithful, energetic, strategic, creative, and innovative. We are looking for an Associate Pastor who enjoys and appreciates diversity and is stimulated by and can work well with a variety of people; who is comfortable in a board room and in a homeless shelter.

 This position is about fifty percent general pastoral duties shared with Rev. Colby (preaching ~ 1.5 Sundays / month, worship leadership, shared pastoral care, supporting committees, etc.) and fifty percent focused on intentional outreach to the downtown Saint Paul community.
