Sue LeClaire

Sue is a recent graduate of Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, and is also the volunteer chef at First Presbyterian Church of White Bear Lake. 

Sue says, “I never met a food I didn’t like,” and especially enjoys cooking Thai cuisine.  Coming from a family of many Presbyterian and UCC Pastors (her father was pastor at First Presbyterian), she likes to sing in the choir, and actually has sung in choirs under direction of Jennifer Anderson (before she was our Music Director at CPC).  Sue has 3 children: a son in college and 2 teenage daughters.  We are very pleased to have her with us, and excited to see what kind of exotic Asian cuisine she whips up for a Wednesday lunch!
